RPC latest design with efficiency fly Ash ARRESTOR introduced after considerable research in the field of Air Pollution. It is fitted after the discharge of flue gases from Boilers and before the Chimney. Its function is to remove fly ash from flue gases and allow cleaner discharge to be emitted from the chimney. -
Material Handling Blower
- Open material handling wheels are suitable for most industrial requirements. The application includes abrasive dust exhaust (as in grinding and buffing) conveying granular material including sawdust and wood chips, fume dust and high-temperature air handling.
- Air handling wheels are designed for applications ranging from clean air exhaust to light material handling. Applications include smoke and heat exhaust, corrosive and heavy fumes and light dust.
- The wool wheel or back plate material handling wheel is designed for handling long, fibrous, stringy material. Applications include: conveying wood shavings, yams and paper trimmings. It also offers higher efficiency than the open-wheel in handling granular material.

Cyclone Separator
Cyclone operates to collect relatively large size particulate matter from the gaseous stream through the use of centrifugal forces. Dust laden gas is made to rotate in a decreasing diameter pathway forcing solids to the outer edge of the gas stream for deposition into the bottom of the cyclone. Bag House
RPC Dust Collector is a heavy-duty reverse pulse-jet dust collector that operates continuously without process to be shut down for cleaning. It is automatic on-line self-cleaning while removing dry dust from an airstream. It is a versatile unit that can handle almost any type of dust. With our cleaning system Scientific Dust Collectors operate at very high efficiencies and for most applications, can operate very reliably with much less filter media than any other commercially available collector in its class. Cylindrical fabric filter bags with bottom discs are manufactured from felted cloths and are supported on the outside of cylindrical wire cages. The dust collects on the outside surface of the filter bag. Bag House are also designed for inflammable & explosion – proof condition. -
